honestly the notebooklm → claude pipeline is underrated. i started using it for coding docs and it's wild how much less i have to correct it. the trick is feeding it only the 3-4 examples you actually want it to learn from, not dumping everything

I am on the same boat. I am doing the same thing.

Why is that better than creating skills directly in Claude? I'm sure you have a reason to suggest NotebookLM but I can't see it.

I was thinking the same, must be missing something, unsure what though?

Thanks for sharing this great idea. In between the tasks and skills, if I have to change the context or add a few more sub-skills, how can I do it simple way

Underrated framing. NotebookLM is great at distilling source material into the kind of structured "here's how this actually works" doc that becomes a usable skill. The trick is the input set — 5 great sources beat 50 mediocre ones every time.

why you would have to go to Notebook for skills creation? Claude does this job better than NotebookLM.
